Wanted to share what I feel is a great success.
I have been fighting to get my “normal/high” blood pressure down. for a couple of years or more now. Have been losing weight (60 pounds to date) and exercising (got a Peloton bike and ride it at least 4 to 5 times a week). My resting heart rate has decreased but my BP was something that wasn’t budging. I have been on full Protocol for 2 full months, just starting my 3rd month. I took my blood pressure last night – had to take it 3 times to believe my eyes – all within the same number give or take 1 or 2 …..
105/65. Down from the 125 to 132 range / 75.
Now to see in September if my cholesterol is headed in the same direction. I refuse to take statins due to side effects I had.
