Just a little update. I’ve been on the Protocol for 2.5 yrs. I still have pain but has definitely decreased since starting this. I sleep like a baby and before I was lucky to get 3-4 hrs at night. Sugar and carbs are definitely a trigger for me. So, I struggle from time to time. But wanted to share that I had my first bone density test last week. I have a strong family history of osteoporosis so figured I would have it myself. Received my results and it was completely normal! Doctor told me to continue on Calcium and told her I’ve never taken it and don’t do dairy very much in my diet. Not a milk drinker! I really contribute it to the Protocol. It’s puts our body in optimum condition! Thanks, Bob Diamond, for all you do!
