The Protocol is definitely working for me. I get lidocaine infusions which last about 4-5 weeks, well this is week 5 and I am usually curled on the sofa wishing that next week would be here sooner as the pain is intense. Instead I spent the afternoon ice-skating with my daughter and niece, I was dreading tonight but just a mild tingle and I feel great for getting some exercise.
