I used to knit and crochet like crazy! About 6 years ago, I had surgery on both trigger thumbs. I have had nerve pain since especially on the right which both showed up on nerve conduction study. Since being on The Protocol, my thumbs feel better, and today I crocheted a “messy bun hat” for our snowy weather! Thanks to Bob and all! I am so pleased, #theprotocolworks.
