I was feeling blue, and tired. Definitely from being in quarantine. I was blaming the new formula for the Protocol. I was sitting around, watching old movies way too much. Sitting to long was causing poor circulation, swelling, the tingling and burning in the feet. Well I had my 6 months check up with my Internist and my heart Dr. they both told me everything is working great, my blood test numbers are all in normal range. The heart Dr. told me to believe in myself, and what I was doing is working so keep it up and keep taking my vitamins “aka” The Protocol 525, and keep moving.
So I have come to the conclusion I just need to get up and get moving, eat right, hydrate and believe in myself.
