I have stayed true to the protocol since Aug. 4th of this year. My A1c down from 11.4 to 7. 2….no more cholesterol meds..no more blood pressure meds and very little to no pain in my legs and feet. Still have numbness issues but I’ll take that over my earlier sufferings…it’s so nice to feel so energetic, I am accomplishing so much more now. Thank you Bob and this family I am forever grateful…honestly I was in so much pain before starting the protocol I wished to not continue living. Now I have EVERYTHING to live for and my grandson has so inspired me. I have my life back. #theprotocolworks
